What are the ingredients?
Please refer to the ingredient section for the ingredient list. All products are free of parabens, phthalates and sulfates. 

Is this vegan and cruelty free?
Yes, every product from Lake and Skye is vegan and cruelty free.

How do I use the fragrance and aromatherapy blends?
Apply to pulse points: inside wrists, either side of the neck or behind ears. For best results, shake well before application. Because some of our products are blended by hand, there may be some settlement of the oils and varying colors between batches. 

Is there a difference between the 11 11 rollerball and the 11 11 fragrance?
Yes, these have a slight difference in scent due to the mix with alcohol. We suggest trying the sample size if you are unsure of which one to buy. Each sample comes with a discount code to use on your first full size purchase.

How should I store this product?
For Fragrance, aromatherapy blends and floral waters, do not store in direct sunlight or in extreme temperatures.

Why can’t I smell this scent?
Ansomnia is the inability for some people to smell a particular scent. This reaction is also called sensory adaption and it’s uncommon. If your body has gotten used to a smell, there are a few quick nose-clearing techniques you can do. Some are simple as smelling something else, or getting some fresh air, then returning to the scent.
