What is the best way to store fragrance?

Fragrance is best stored out of direct sunlight and ideally in a place where there is a stable temperature. The cooler and darker, the better.

Is there a difference between the 11 11 rollerball and the 11 11 fragrance?

Yes, these have a slight difference in scent due to the mix with alcohol. We suggest trying the sample size if you are unsure of which one to buy. Each sample comes with a discount code to use on your first full size purchase.

Why can’t I smell this scent?

Ansomnia is the inability for some people to smell a particular scent. This reaction is also called sensory adaption and it’s uncommon. If your body has gotten used to a smell, there are a few quick nose-clearing techniques you can do. Some are simple as smelling something else, or getting some fresh air, then returning to the scent.
